IBPS Clerk Recruitment 2024: 6,128 jobs are open for applications

For the 2025-2026 hiring cycle, the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) is now accepting applications for 6,128 clerk posts. On or before the deadline, interested and qualified applicants may apply for the preliminary test by going to the official website, ibps.in. The deadline for applications is July 21, 2024.

Advanced dates for IBPS Clerk 2024 hiring

- Online Enrolment and Editing of Applications: July 1 through July 21

- Online Application Fee Payment: July 1 through July 21

- Training for Pre-Examination (PET): August 12–August 18

- August 2024 for preliminary exam call letters.

- Initial Examination: August of 2024

- Results of the preliminary exam: September 2024

- Call Letters for Main Exams: September or October of 2024

- Exam principal: October 2024

- Temporary Allocation: April 2025

Age limit and eligibility

As of July 1, 2024, candidates must be between the ages of 20 and 28. This means that they must have been born between July 2, 1996, and July 1, 2004.

How to apply for the 2024 IBPS Clerk

Step 1: Go to ibps.in, the official website.

Step 2: Select "CRP - Clerks - XIV" from the list of recent upgrades.

Step 3: To apply, click the provided link.

Step 4: Register to receive login information.

Step 5: Register and fill out the application.

Step 6: Once the necessary scanned documents have been uploaded, pay the application cost.

Step 7: For future use, download the confirmation paper.

Application fees

- Rs 850 (with GST) for the General Category.

- Rs 175 for the SC, ST, PWBD, ESM, and DESM Categories.

On the official website, candidates can view job openings in participating banks for every state and union territory. Please be aware that applications are only accepted for jobs in a single state or union territory.

Exam Pattern

Preliminary Exam: There are 100 questions altogether, worth 100 marks, divided into three sections: English Language, Numerical Ability, and Reasoning Ability. Main Exam: The exam is scheduled for October 2024, with a duration of 160 minutes and a mark value of 200.
