FMGE successfully completed by 35,819 candidates: Department of Health

The Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE) was administered to 35,819 candidates on July 6 by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS), an independent agency under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India.

FMGE 2024 took place in 71 locations, dispersed among 50 cities in 21 states. To implement stricter examination security, NBEMS assigned over 250 appraisers to oversee the examination process. Forty-five faculty members made up the flying squad that was added to this.23.

"Director General of Health Services (DGHS), MoHFW, and other Institutions had also assigned a senior individual at each examination center under the directive of the Union Health Minister. In due course, the NBEMS will announce the outcome of today's FMGE

. No untoward occurrence has been recorded anywhere, according to an official announcement from the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.

"All social media reports about NEET PG or FMGE question paper leak or sale of question paper are false, and students should be careful about trusting such reports," Dr. Abhijat Sheth, president of NBEMS.

He stated in an interview with IndianExpress.com, disputing the reports regarding the release of the FMGE question paper. False stories like these will continue to circulate because some people want to take unfair advantage of others by presenting false claims in the name of NBEMS.
