At a news conference on Tuesday, Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan revealed that the NEET-UG 2024 final results would be out in two days. This declaration was made soon after the Supreme Court denied requests to cancel and retake the medical entrance exam.
Despite accusations of fraud, impersonation, and question paper leaks, the Supreme Court decided that there was no evidence to back up claims of a "systemic breach" in the NEET-UG 2024.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) and the BJP-led NDA government have been subjected to protests and harsh criticism due to allegations of malpractices, such as fraud, impersonation, and paper leaks in the all-India medical exam.

Education Minister Pradhan stated during a press conference that the NTA would make the final NEET-UG results public in two days.
He said that the merit list for the exam would be updated to reflect the Supreme Court's findings.
It is anticipated that the IIT Delhi report, which verified that just one answer to the confusing physics question in the NEET UG paper was correct, will cause around 4 lakh candidates' rankings to shift.

The Supreme Court denied the pleas requesting the cancellation and retest of the NEET-UG in 2024, ruling that there was insufficient evidence to conclude that the test's integrity had been compromised.

NEET UG COUNSELING COULD START QUICKLY
Registration for NEET UG 2024 counseling is anticipated to open soon. On its official website, mcc.nic.in, the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) is expected to publish a comprehensive notification and schedule.
