DU releases UG admission schedule

Delhi University has issued a detailed schedule for forthcoming undergraduate admission rounds under Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) for the 2024-25 academic session. This schedule will comprise important dates for upgrade choices, mid entry provisions and the third round of seat allocation.

The upgradation window will be open from 5 pm today, August 31 till 4:59 pm of September 1, 2024. During this time frame, applicants admitted in Round I and II can choose for an upgradation. Applicants can revise their preferences, selecting programme and college combinations that are ranked higher than their current allocation.

Delhi University will announce the upgraded allocations and Round I result for performance-based programmes, including reserved categories such as CW, ECA, Sports and Ward Quota on September 3, 2024. Candidates are required to accept their seats by 4:59 pm on September 4, 2024. The final date to pay the fee is September 6, 2024 by 4:59 pm.

The students who missed the previous phases of CSAS UG 2024 are provided with an opportunity through the mid-entry window. This option will be available from 5m on September 7 until 4:59 pm on September 9, 2024. A non-refundable fee is required for this provision.

The third round of seat allocation result for UG admissions will be declared on September 11, 2024. and candidates are required to select their seat by 4:59 pm on September 13, 2024.  The list of vacant seats is scheduled to release on September 7, 2024, enabling students to review the available options before submitting their preferences.
