CBSE releases circular regarding the August recruitment exam

Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released a circular stating the applicants who participated in the August 2024 recruitment exam, will be offered a chance to access their calculation sheet and copy of OMR sheet. Qualified candidates can submit their application along with fee of Rs 500 till October 17, 2024.

The payment can be made through draft in favour of CBSE, Secretary at New Delhi. The application with payment draft shall be sent to the CBSE office in Delhi either by speed post or delivered to the office personally. It is advised to all the applicants to specify all their details including roll number, name and address in the application as well as in the draft.

The circular mentions the calculation sheet and OMR copies shall not be given to Institutions, Schools or media for any commercial purpose or public display. The applications which either be incomplete or submitted on behalf any student shall be rejected by the authority.

According to the circular ‘It is notified for information of the candidates that the Board has decided to provide Calculation Sheet with copy of the OMR Sheet to the candidates who have appeared in CBSE Recruitment Examination August 2024 on their request along with prescribed fee.’

The circular is issued on behalf of the Director, that ‘The decision of the Competent Authority of the Board shall be final and binding on the candidates. The Calculation Sheet with copy of the OMR Sheet will be provided to the candidate by speed post only. However, no request will be entertained which will be received after 17-10-2024 in this office under any circumstances.
