CBSE LOC Deadline today, late registration begins as well. The candidates registering after the post deadline will be required to submit additional late fee charges.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) registration for the boards concludes today. The last date to submit List of Candidates (LOC) is October 4,2024. As per the official announcement, it is the last date to submit the LOC with the regular fee. The students must make sure their LOC is submitted on time. The students who couldn’t submit on the mentioned deadline , will now have to register with an additional late fee.

Few days back, the Board had issued a circular instructing the schools to fill the data carefully and accurately. The list data shall include the subjects opted for and other information.
It clearly highlighted the need to submit LOC withing given stipulated time.

Additionally, the school principals have been directed to verify the submission of LOC to make sure it aligns with the board's guidelines. The LOC Circular No. CBSE/LOC/X-XI/2024-25/7667/E-File-163685, which had been issued on September 4, 2024, mentioned the following key points:
a) The data submitted is accurate

b) Subjects chosen by the students are filled correctly

c) Submitting the LOC within given time.

 Moreover, the board had also released a set of FAQs for parents and teachers to guide. It is for accurate submission of List of Candidates for exams. It is guiding the affiliated schools in the correct and timely submission of the list of candidates (LOC) for the academic year 2024-25 for class 10 and class 12 Board examinations.  The guidelines’ goal is to streamline the process and make sure the data is submitted without any errors; it is to aid in the smooth conduction of exams. By following the guidelines, the schools can keep a check on the accuracy of data that is significant for the conduction of CBSE class 10 and 12 examinations for the 2024-2025 academic year.

The students whose name have been submitted via online LOC will be eligible for appearing in the board for the academic year 2024-2025.
