Today, July 2, the AP Government's Department of School Education released the schedule for the Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (AP TET) in July 2024. Candidates who meet the requirements may fill out the application by going to the official website, aptet.apcfss.in.
The AP TET application fee payment window will commence tomorrow, July 3, and run through July 16, according to the official timetable.

Those who are taking the test who are in the unreserved group need to receive at least a 60% score. Candidates from the Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and Physically Handicapped (PH) categories must, nevertheless, receive at least 40% of the possible points. Candidates from the backward classes must receive at least 50% of the possible points.
It lasts for two hours and thirty minutes. There will be 150 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) on the test. There will be two papers, with paper 1 having five sections: environmental studies, language 1, arithmetic, English, and child development and pedagogy. Each part of Paper 1 will include thirty questions.
Paper 2 will be divided into five sections: language 1, English, topics related to the chosen stream, and child development and pedagogy. There will be thirty multiple-choice questions in each of the first three sections, and sixty in the last portion.
The fee payment window for the AP TET application starts on July 3 and ends on July 16, 2024.
The AP TET exams will be held from August 5 to August 20, 2024. There will be two shifts each day: Shift 1 from 9:30 am to 12:00 pm.
