Admit cards for the July 19 retest of the CUET UG 2024 will soon be available

For more than a thousand CUET UG candidates, the National Testing Agency (NTA) has set a retest date of July 19. Email notifications with their subject codes have been sent to the affected candidates. These candidates will soon receive their admit cards.

Some CUET UG students will get a retest on July 19 because of complaints about the test. The final answer key and results are still delayed.

NTA sources claim that the question papers' distribution in languages the candidates did not select is one of the reasons for the retest. There are more than a thousand impacted candidates spread among six states. "Some of the grievances include time loss due to distribution of wrong question paper".

 

Official warning

"The grievances received from candidates up to 30 June 2024, regarding the CUET (UG) - 2024 examination, as well as the complaints sent to rescuetug@nta.ac. between 07 July and 09 July 2024 (before 05:00 P.M.), have been reviewed. Based on these grievances, a re-examination will be conducted for those affected candidates on 19 July 2024 (28 ???? 1946), Friday, in the Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode," reads the NTA's official notification.

Additionally, all applicants who are impacted have received an email with the information, along with their subject codes.

 

CUET UG 2024 Admit cards for re-test

These candidates' admit cards will be sent out shortly. Candidates who are interested are asked to use their application number and birthdate to download their CUET (UG) - 2024 admission cards from the https://exams.nta.ac.in/CUET-UG/ website. The directions in the information bulletin and on the admit card should be carefully read by them.

 

This is how to download admit cards step-by-step:

Step 1: Check out the official website: Visit the official website for CUET UG 2024.

Step 2: Log in: In the appropriate sections, provide your application number and birthdate.

Step 3: Admit card access: To download the admit card, find and click the link after logging in.

Step 4: Download and make a print: Print the admit card that you downloaded. Make sure you have read the information bulletin and the admit card instructions completely.

According to the public notice of July 7, 2024, challenges were accepted from July 7 to July 9, 2024. Every challenge that was submitted online was examined by the relevant subject matter experts. The final answer keys are being developed in response to their input and will shortly be posted on the official CUET (UG) 2024 website.

Some students got the wrong question paper during the CUET UG exam. This means they had to waste time and might not have done their best. To be fair, these students will get a retest on July 19th.

Over 1000 students from 6 states will be retested. If you haven't heard from NTA, you are not part of the retest.

There is no confirmed date yet for the final answer key or results. NTA is still reviewing challenges submitted by students.
