Following an examination of their answer scripts, the Tripura Board of Secondary Education has announced that 21 students completed their Class 10 board exams (also known as Madhyamik Exams) with success. A top board representative issued this announcement, summarizing the results of the most recent review process.
According to Dr. Dhananjoy Gan Chowdhury, President of the Tripura Board of Secondary Education, 2,042 pupils requested that their Class 10 board test answer scripts be reviewed this year. Following the review procedure, the results of 747 students were altered. After the reviews were finished, only 21 pupils were able to pass their tests, according to Dr. Chowdhury.
"This year, for the review of answer scripts for the Madhyamik exams, a total of 2,042 students have applied. Out of them, 747 students have had their results changed, and only 21 students have passed the exams after the review was conducted. In addition, seven students got the chance to appear for the Bachar Bachao exam. The Bachar Bachao exam is conducted for students who have failed in just two subjects."
He stated that none of the kids who went over their answer scripts was able to pass the higher secondary tests.
"A total of 1,385 students applied for the review of results for the higher secondary examinations. After carrying out the review, only 510 students had their results changed. No student could secure passing marks and only one student could qualify for the Bachar Bachao exams after the review of results," he adds.
In addition, the Board has sent out notices directing students to fill out paperwork in order to be eligible to sit the Bachar Bachao exams, which are scheduled for the last week of July.
According to the Board authorities' notification, students are required to fill out forms for the Bachar Bachao examination between July 8 and 11 through their respective schools. The Board will accept these forms from July 12 to 15. Additionally, the Bachar Bachao exams are expected to be conducted in the final week of July, he added.
In the past, 20,095 pupils passed the upper secondary exam while 29,534 students passed the Madhyamik exams.
This year, 2,042 students requested a review of their Class 10 answer scripts.
Only 21 students were able to pass their Class 10 exams after the review process.
The Bachar Bachao exam is for students who failed just two subjects. Seven students qualified for this exam after the Class 10 review.
A total of 1,385 students requested a review of their Class 12 answer scripts.
No students were able to secure passing marks in Class 12 after the review. Only one student qualified for the Bachar Bachao exam.
